Unemployment Fund KOKO
Membership in an unemployment fund is an important safeguard in working life. If you are laid off or become unemployed, you can only receive an earnings-related daily allowance as a fund member.

RIA member’s unemployment fund is the Unemployment fund for highly educated KOKO. Unemployment security for entrepreneurs is provided by the Entrepreneur Fund. Fund membership is not automatically included in RIA membership — you must join a fund separately.
What’s the difference between RIA and a fund?
- RIA looks after working life matters. The association offers members advocacy, employment relationship advisory services, legal assistance, insurance coverage, trainings, up-to-date industry information, and many other benefits.
- KOKO pays earnings-related daily allowance during unemployment, lay-off, or labour market policy measures, and under certain conditions also during part-time work.
